Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to written confirmation and may vary based on raw material costs, quantity, and specifications.

  • Payment terms (e.g., L/C, TT, etc.) must be mutually agreed before any order is placed.

  • Delayed payments may result in production or delivery hold.

Intellectual Property

All designs, tech packs, and specifications shared with SFP BD remain the property of the client and will not be disclosed or reused without written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, pricing, technical details, and all business communications unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality and timely delivery, SFP BD shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or shipping interruptions.

  • Third-party vendor errors beyond our direct control.

  • Indirect losses, such as missed retail opportunities or brand damage.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt a resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, matters shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and legal proceedings will take place in Dhaka jurisdiction.
